check和bill都是付账、买单的意思:
其中,check 就是“结帐”的意思,另外也可以说 buy the bill,就是中文里的“埋单”。其实“埋单”是个地道的粤语词来的,只不过讲的人多了,就成了普通话的一分子了。因此,这两个词在欧美国家用于付账,都是很地道的,喜欢说哪个就可以说哪个。
