如何快速提高英语完型填空和阅读的解题能力？

我是一高三学生，150分的英语一般考80~90,完型填空的错误率差不多为10/20，阅读8/20，要高考了，非常苦恼，希望有人能帮我，我的目标是110

这个问题我也问过我的大学老师，他说了四个字：“题海战术！”终究还是要多做题，多总结！练到一定的程度，你就会熟能生巧了！英语的学习是没什么捷径的，都是靠基础，靠积累的。我觉得你的阅读准确率是低了点，这个应该可以快速提高的。不过很有限。做阅读题时，你最好养成一些习惯，最好是先看题目，对比选项（有时候不用看题目就可以直接选答案了），然后带着问题去搜寻答案。你最好从现在起，每晚都抽出点时间来学习英语（注意要保持学习的连续性，切勿三天打鱼两天晒网），可能见效不是很快，但对你始终还是大有裨益的。高考是人生的一个大机遇，希望你能勤勤恳恳地奋斗，让自己不留遗憾！加油

从我的经历来说是平时多做些题目,多阅读一些英语文章多背些单词.用心的话都能获得不少进步,

完形填空一般做前先通读，大概知道意思，然后再去选择
有的选词下面会出现
阅读理解要不就是理解，要不就是仔细从里面找
一般越难的越是从里面找的
一天定量多点题，慢慢就行了。

For a Grade Three student of senior high school, reading is the most important part. No worry. First ,to be confident. When practising, sort out the passages, then give these kinds of passages outlines, find the general rules, summarize the main ideas. You lose the scores, i think you mostly misunderstand the main ideas and passage structures. From the general understanding into details, in this way surely you can grasp the most correct answers . Another way is to read aloud each passage which you have just finished. You can get a better understanding of the passage , meanwhile some words,phrases, grammar will come into your mind. Grasp all, lose all. Reading is the first step to studying senior English.After improving your reading, then you can try cloze exercises. Also focus the styles. Different ways to do different kinds of passages. Read the whole passage, grasp the main idea. That's very important, especially the change of the hero's feelings. Then you can choose your answers according to the contents or your own understanding.

根据我的经验,一般先要整篇通读一遍,了解大意,别急着做.然后完了再各各击破,遇到不会的观察上下文,上下文一定会有提示的,或者有类似的句子.做完了,再整体通读.做最后修改.做一篇基本7分钟左右.一般就可以了.我们老师介绍的,不错.我们班完型填空基本没扣过分.
