Your visa(s) will expire on 18 Apr 2009.You must travel to Canada before this date.If you fail to collect and use your visa(s)before this date,you will not be able to become a permanent resident as your visa(s)will be invalid and you will be required to start the entire procedure from the beginning of the process,including submitting a new application and fee.No extension to this date is possible.
As the principal applicant,you are required to collect the visa(s)in person,within 60 days of this letter's date or before the expiry of your visa,whichever comes first. For security reasons,only you may pick up the visa(s).The total number of passports that you must submit is 1. The only exception is for principal applicants under the age of 18 on the date of this letter,in which case a parent or guardian may pick up the visa for you. He/she has to present his/her own identity document and a legal document to prove his/her parental or guardian relationship to you, such as birth certificate,adoption cartificate or guardianship cartificate.
You may collect your visa(s)at this office any Monday to Thursday,with the exception of public holidays.Admittance to the waiting area will take place between 1:15 and 2:00 pm only. You will be required to present this letter, your passport,and the passports of all accompanying family members at that time. Please note:
visa collection may be made by the principal applicant only,or if the principal applicant is under the age of 18,his/her parent or guardian;no other exceptions will be made in any circumstances.We will not respond to any correspondence requesting that an exception be made;
you are not required to inform us of the date you choose to collect your visa(s);
each passport must contain at least three(3)blank pages for visas and must be signed by the bearer;
