柠檬可以化於开胃,消食健脾,枸杞可以明目,滋养肝肾,大枣可以补血,三者之间无不良用药禁忌,可以一起泡水喝
但是如果当天有感冒发烧,肚子拉的话,这几个就不要泡水喝了,因为红枣和枸杞有补益作用,如果外感风寒或者是风热的话,就不适合吃这些补类的泡水。
