Accident status report我觉得应翻译成"应急状况预案"

Companies in partnership should provide appropriate documents to support same(要是你能给出前文就更好了)具有合作伙伴关系的公司应当提供专门的文件来支持这件事(会出现support same那个same肯定是指上文提到的某件事情,所以现在说公司也要提供文件来支持这件事)
