I assume this is a continuation of the discussion you asked about in this earlier thread, In the earlier thread, the Monica's roommates are compared to coyotes, and the boys who want to date her are compared to beef cattle that the coyotes attack.

"A cow got through": Apparently the roommates have approved this recent boyfriend and let him "get through" that is, not attacked him.

There is a slight gender problem though; cows are specifically female. Perhaps Paula is such a city girl that she doesn't know that.
