As we know ,life style is very important to all of us . In recent years some people have bad life styles. They often sit in front of the computer all the time ,playing games or watching films , which will affect their health. Some people get up too late and go to bed too late .Some people are addicted to smoking ,which is certainly bad for their health. We should keep a good life style . First we should make proper use of the computer. Second ,we should form the habit of early rise and not staying up into night . More importantly, we should get rid of those bad habits such as smoking and drinking .Only in this way can we have a happy life.
