求一封英文辞职信，具体要求如下

刚毕业就进了这家公司。工资很低，工作了一年半了，都没有涨薪，也没有任何发展机会，想辞职了。辞职原因大概就围绕在本公司没有发展的机会，想换个环境，刚毕业不想安于现状，也想提高自己的生活水平之类的。但是目前还没有新的offer,不知道英文怎么表达清楚，客气一点地表明立场。

1. 我建议您应该和您的上司谈一下您的薪资要求, 如果他/她明确拒绝您, 再书面通知。
2. 如果谈后，薪资还是达不到您的理想要求，就书面辞职。但我建议您辞职书写得婉转一点，不需要特意表明离职的原因。既然都谈过了，如果贵司有心不是有心留您，在辞职书上写对您本人也不见得有什么实惠。人情留一线，日后好相见。下家很有可能要上家提供您的介绍信呢。
我真实离职的原因（不是为薪资），领导很清楚，不过我还说家人身体不适，需要我照顾，所以不得不离职。如果不能改变决定，我建议不要撕破脸皮。
3. 辞职信只是一个流程和形式。
（1）说明要离职。－时间，－原因 （最好不要工资低，否则以后下家做背景调查，可能会有不同的看法。））
