摘要
塑料工业是当今世界上发展最快的工业门类之一，其中最为广泛的大约有以下几种：冷冲压模、塑料成型模、锻造模、精密铸造模、粉末冶金模、橡胶成型模、玻璃成型模、建材用模等，而注塑模具是其中发展较快的种类。因此， 研究注塑模具对了解塑料产品的生产过程和提高产品质量有很大意义。
本设计主要是通过对小型吸尘器外壳的形状、尺寸及其精度的要求来进行注射成型工艺的可行性分析。通过以上分析来确定模具分型面、型腔数目、浇口形式；其中最重要的是确定型芯和型腔的结构，例如是采用整体式还是镶拼式。此外还分析了模具受力，脱模机构的设计，冷却系统的设计等。最后绘制完整的模具装配总图和主要的模具零件图及三维的模具图。
通过本设计，可以对注塑模具有一个初步的认识，注意到设计中的某些细节问题，了解模具结构及工作原理；本文采用的注塑模具设计方法和流程同样适用于其它产品,具有一定的参考价值。
