I sent this email to consult my diploma. I used to be your student, my name is xx and my student ID is xxxx. My major is xx when I was in my undergraduate course. I finished all my curricula at the end of 2011, and I came back to China in January of 2012. The university authority committed to send me the diploma to my China address at that time. However, it has been 6 months until now, I still didn't recieve my diploma sent by mail. I'm concerned that if the mail lost in the delivery, maybe some other reasons that I didn't gain the diploma.
